We got tired of watching registrars reconcile admission spreadsheets nobody trusted

DigiERP started as an internal tool for a private university that had outgrown its record-keeping but couldn't justify a two-year enterprise rollout built for factories, not classrooms. It became the product.

What we believe

Three principles that haven't changed since year one

One student record, or none of it works

Bolt-on tools between admissions, fees and the registrar's office eventually drift out of sync. We build one core instead of stitching point solutions together.

Configuration, not a two-year build

Academic structures change faster than custom code can keep up. Every workflow in DigiERP is meant to be adjusted by a registrar or admin, not re-engineered by a developer.

Built for education, not adapted from it

Generic business software has a reputation for being tolerated by faculty and students, not liked. We measure ourselves on whether registrars and parents actually want to open it.

Our story

From one university's admissions problem to a platform

2016

Built to solve one institution's problem

DigiERP began as an internal admissions-and-fees tool built for a mid-size private university that had outgrown spreadsheets but couldn't justify a legacy ERP rollout built for businesses.

2018

First outside institutions

Word spread among the founding team's academic contacts. DigiERP became a standalone product, starting with admissions and fee modules.

2020

Academics & examination modules launch

Timetables, grading and transcripts joined the core, making DigiERP a full campus system rather than a fees tool with extras.

2022

Multi-campus support

A single, unified dashboard for consolidated reporting across campuses opened DigiERP up to larger university groups and trusts.

2026

50+ institutions live

DigiERP now manages admissions, academics or the full campus for institutions across 10+ states, with the same core it started with in 2016.
